Black River is a small village with a big heart, tucked along the river in the town of Le Ray, right next to Fort Drum. Covenant is proud to call it home. You should not have to drive halfway across Jefferson County to find a church family, and here you do not: we are right in town, ready to know you and walk with you.

Yes. Kids have a secure check-in and their own Kids Church, and there is a nursery and a Connect Room for parents of little ones. Local families come knowing their children are cared for and glad to be here.

Our pantry is open to anyone in the Black River area who needs groceries, with no sign-up and no strings. If money is tight, come by, you are welcome.

Yes. We run a food pantry that is open to any neighbor who needs groceries, no membership or paperwork required, and we host community events through the year. Loving this village in practical ways is a big part of why the church exists.
Midweek Family Nights bring men, women, youth, and kids together on the same evening, each with their own group, so a whole household can come at once. There is also a Homeschool Connections group for families teaching at home nearby. It turns a Sunday visit into a real week-to-week community.
