How it works

Everyone is welcome, no matter your situation

Budgets get tight, and everyone hits a hard stretch sometimes. Whether you are a young soldier's family at Fort Drum, a neighbor in Black River, or driving in from Watertown, our pantry is here to help you feed your household with dignity and zero hassle.

Just show up

Come during pantry hours, and we will help you with a quick computerized sign-in, then carry home groceries. That is the whole process.

Free, always

The food is free, and you are a neighbor, not a case number. There is a brief sign-in because we partner with the Central New York Food Bank, but we make it painless and walk you through it.

Every two weeks

The pantry runs on a two-week rhythm, generally in the early afternoon. Since dates rotate, check the events on our homepage or call ahead so you do not miss it.

Want to give back?

Many who receive later return to help. You can volunteer on pantry days, donate food, or give toward the ministry so the shelves stay stocked for the next family.
